MOVE MORE RUN CLUB

Move More Pro Run Club: Free Runs. Real Community. More Movement.

At the start of January, we launched the Move More Pro Run Club with one simple goal. Get people moving more. No pressure. No cost. Just movement, connection, and good energy.

Since then, something amazing has happened. People of all ages, backgrounds and abilities have shown up, week after week. Some come to push their limits, others just want to move and chat. Everyone is welcome.


Different Runs for Different Vibes

Not every run needs to be a sprint. Not every run needs to be slow. We’ve built a weekly schedule that suits whatever kind of runner you are on the day:

  • Tempo Tuesdays – Faster runs for those who want to test themselves.

  • Social Thursdays – A steady pace and good chat. Followed by a drink, whether it’s a beer, soft drink or whatever you fancy.

  • Long Run Saturdays – A relaxed, steady group effort to start the weekend right.

  • Dash and Dip sessions – Run first, then cool off with open water swimming. It’s cold, but refreshing and fun.

Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned runner, you’ll find a run that suits your pace and mood.


It’s More Than Running

What really makes this club special is what happens around the runs. On Thursdays, we often grab a drink together after we’ve put in the miles. On Saturdays, you’ll usually find us at a local café for a post-run coffee. People stay for ages just chatting, laughing and connecting.

We’ve seen new friendships form, goals get shared, and confidence grow. For many, it’s become a highlight of the week.


Everyone Is Welcome

We believe movement should be accessible to everyone. That’s why every single one of our runs is completely free. No memberships. No fees. Just turn up and run.

We do this because we love it. We believe in the power of community. And we’ve seen first-hand how showing up for a run can shift someone’s whole week.
